| | | | S U R C H A R G E S | - Screening of half-tones, the laying of tints, stripping-in work to existing negatives, conversion of positives to negatives, reductions and enlargements in relation to making up art work, colour separations and artwork furnished to the printer in more than one piece, will be charged to the Advertiser.
- If artwork for advertisements is undertaken by the Publisher's printer, this will be at the Advertiser's own risk, unless sufficient time is allowed to supply proofs for approval. This work will be charged to the Advertiser.
| | | | A G E N C Y C O M M I S S I O N | - To recognized Advertising Agencies, The Publisher reserves the right to approve credit in all cases. Agency commission or discount is not allowed on mechanical charges on single colour advertisements. No agency commission will be paid on outstanding invoices of 60 days or longer. It is agreed that the Publisher has the right to seek payment from the Advertiser in the event of non-payment within 60 days by the Advertising Agency or authorized representative.
